CHECK CARD OR WORK AUTHORIZATION SYSTEM
It is a very important document, which allows doing the next activity in the project.
It includes
- Project Name/Code
- Sub-contractor request for permission of activity. Eg. date, location etc
- Clearances from various department.
- Inspection of previous work before the start. It may be a visual check or a machine check.
- Reinspection, If not as per the requirement.
- Approval from client and contractor.
Appropriates measures must be taken to avoid
- Rework
- Poor quality
- Error
- Delay
